Professional Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni has an estimated net worth of $100 million as of 2015. In 2012, he received an annual salary of $3.5 million. He currently serves as the captain of India’s national cricket team. In fact, he is the India’s captain in the three forms of the game. In limited-overs cricket, he is considered as one of the greatest finishers.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni was born on July 7, 1981 in Ranchi, Bihar, India. In addition to being a professional cricketer, he also serves as India Cements Ltd.’s Vice President, a position he took over after he resigned from  Air India. Today, India Cements Ltd owns the Chennai Super Kings, an IPL team where Dhoni also serves as the captain.

He is also instrumental in leading India to win at the the CB Series of 2007–08,  the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup, 2013 ICC Champions Trophy,  the 2010 Asia Cup, and the 2007 ICC World Twenty20.

In 2011, he was named by TIME Magazine as one of the 100 most influential people of the year. He was also named by SportsPro as the world’s 16th most remarkable athlete
